Comments |
The insert contains a BamHI site. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--4.5, 1.15; EcoRI--5.7. The insert contains a BamHI site. This material is cited in a U.S. and/or other Patent and may not be used to infringe the patent claims. Constructed by cloning a 1.084 kb HhaI fragment of HBV into pBR322 This clone was constructed by isolating a 1.084 kb HhaI fragment from pTHBV containing the coding sequence for the surface antigen without pre-surface antigen. This was blunt-ended with T4 DNA polymerase, linkered with HindIII, and inserted into pBR322. |
